A genuine sushi chef of the little small sushi restaurant, step by step will show you how to make Edo Mae Sushi, starting with the basics of full-fledged sushi making.

  • Hygiene management: very important to sanitize properly before making sushi.
  • Wasabi experience: you will prepare wasabi for the sushi.
  • Experience sushi making technique.
  • Important secrets how to make a perfect roll.
  • Recipes for Sushi Rice.

You will enjoy your own sushi for lunch.

Then after visit Asakusa, an old-day pleasure district once filled with gangsters, geisha and artists, but are now filled with crowds of tourists.

Asakusa also a home to the city's oldest Buddhist temple, Sensoji. You will enjoy a stark contrast between the old and the new with Tokyo Skytree, the city's newest landmark, in the background.

Our tour concludes at Kappabashi street, where you can find cute sushi samples as a souvenirs for your friends at home.
