Runbuddy is dedicated to making your running fun. We provide a structured program based on speed and endurance. The group is kept small, currently 5 or 6 per session, but is very sociable. Talent varies, some of the runners are faster, some slower, but it doesn’t matter as our circuits and drills are chosen to take the individual pace variability into account. Most participants have the same goals and some run regularly in organised events, both bitumen and trail.

Whether you want to run a marathon, increase your fitness, boost your energy or simply look good and feel great, our group running sessions are right for you.

We meet at Gate D of the tan at 6:30pm on Wednesday evenings and 8:30am on Saturday mornings. The cost of a run is $10 per session which usually lasts about an hour.

So if you live in or are visiting Melbourne, come down on Saturday morning and see if it suits your style. There’s no obligation so you have nothing to lose.
